01WHAT WE COLLECT

Things you send us directly:

• Instagram messages: if you DM us, we see whatever you send and whatever your Instagram profile shows publicly. That conversation lives on Instagram and is handled under Instagram's own privacy policy, not ours — we're a recipient in the thread, same as you.
• Session materials: if you book with us, the details needed to plan and deliver your shoot — dates, locations, and the photographs we create for you. Clients with gallery access also have login credentials.
• Restoration originals: photos, prints, or slides you send us to restore.

Things collected automatically:

• Hosting logs: the site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard technical data (like IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Fonts: our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when the site loads; Google may see your IP address as part of serving the font files.
• Browser storage (the arcade bits): the CREDITS counter and the "coin inserted" state are kept in your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage. This data never leaves your device, isn't tied to your identity, and you can clear it anytime in your browser settings.

What we don't do: no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no fingerprinting, no selling or renting your information. Ever. And there's no contact form and no signup form anywhere on this site — the only thing to type into is the client-area login, which is for clients who already have a gallery with us.

02HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To reply when you message us and to plan, shoot, and deliver your session.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

03YOUR PHOTOS (THE IMPORTANT ONE)

We're a photography studio, so the most personal thing we hold is your family's images. Our rules:

• Your session photos are delivered to you privately, through your client gallery or another agreed method.
• We only share session photos publicly — on this site, our portfolio, or our Instagram — with your written permission, as set out in your session agreement.
• For photos of children, we treat that permission with extra care: no public use without a parent or guardian's explicit OK, and you can withdraw that OK at any time and we'll take the image down.
• Restoration originals are handled carefully and returned to you; the restored files are yours.

04WHEN WE SHARE

Only with the service providers that make the site and studio run — hosting (Cloudflare), font delivery (Google Fonts), Instagram (Meta) for the messages you send us there, and whatever email/gallery providers we use to communicate with and deliver work to clients. These providers process data on our behalf to provide their service. Beyond that, we'd share information only if the law genuinely required it. We do not sell personal information.

05CHILDREN

We photograph kids — that's half the joy of the job — but always through their parents or guardians. This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 online. If you believe a child has sent us information, message us and we'll delete it.

06YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

• Access, correction, deletion: ask us what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it — we'll honor reasonable requests promptly.
• Instagram: unfollow, mute, or delete the conversation anytime — that's all managed in your own Instagram account, not by us.
• Browser storage: clear the arcade bits anytime by clearing site data in your browser.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; contact us and we'll do our best to honor them.

07RETENTION & SECURITY

We keep messages and client materials for as long as needed, then delete them. The site is served over HTTPS and we rely on reputable providers, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — we'll never pretend otherwise. This site and everything on it are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and your use of it is subject to the no-liability terms in our Terms of Service, which apply equally to this policy to the fullest extent permitted by law.

08CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes get called out plainly, not buried.
